Yellow Sky & Associates Ltd. respects the privacy of people who visit this website or contact our team. This notice explains how we handle website inquiries and related information. Client assignments may involve additional privacy and confidentiality requirements agreed for that work.
Information we collect
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Your Nation or organization is optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email. A short introduction is enough: please do not include confidential client records, student information, health details or other sensitive case information in the website form.
Our website provider, Squarespace, receives technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited and visit times. This information can relate to an identifiable person or device; it is not necessarily anonymous.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the proposed work and discuss whether Yellow Sky is the right fit. We use website information to operate and protect the site and understand its use. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We use or disclose it for the purposes described here, with your consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Website providers and form handling
Squarespace hosts this site and stores website form submissions. Inquiry notifications are configured to go to our business email. Relevant team members and service providers may process information as needed to handle your inquiry, operate the website and maintain business records.
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Squarespace and Google describe their own processing in the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Service providers may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply.
